And now what is the situation: most often broken service lift, respectively, you can imagine what a picture is going on at 7 pm, when everyone comes home from work and can't get on their luggage, because a small elevator transports 4 people and does it super-slowly! You call the dispatcher, and she, having already been sick of receiving these calls for a year, says that the elevator will not be changed! The repair also does not give any effect, because after the repair this elevator can break down the very next day, and you call the dispatcher again and she answers you: "What, it broke again ?!". In general, if I had known from the beginning that the developer would "try" like that, I would have sluggish an apartment somewhere else! I was the other day in their own residential complex "Clear Sky" - there, for some reason, they put in adequate elevators, but what kind of "gift" is that?! And now no one needs this problem, the developer has done his job, the dispatcher endlessly calls repairmen, who also cannot help in any way, and people who live above the 10th floor are having fun, especially mothers with strollers are having fun!
